Waste 
There are waste bins for residual waste next to the sanitary buildings. Paper and glass can be disposed of in the designated containers across the street.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in the park if they are kept on a leash. Dog waste bags are available at various locations throughout the park.

Inventory
In the living room, you will find a list of the inventory that should be available in the house. Please check that everything is there. If anything is missing, please report it to reception immediately.

Harassment
If you feel harassed by other guests or if there is a disturbance, please call the emergency number: +43 664 15 725 34.

There is a laundry facility in the park. Coins can be purchased at the reception desk.

Below you will find the park rules.

1. Upon arrival we ask you to register at the reception desk. 
2. Make sure that all guests are registered. In case of an emergency, we would like to know exactly who is present.
3. There is a maximum speed limit of 10 km/h.
4. Per accommodation it is allowed to park one car near the accommodation. Other cars can be parked on the general car park at the entrance.
5. The sound of audiovisual equipment should not be audible outside the accommodation after 10. p.m.
6. Keep the park clean. For fire safety and environmental reasons, open fires inside and outside the accommodation is not allowed.
7. Visitors/guests are of course welcome. They should park their cars in the general parking lot near the reception desk.
8. We are not liable for any damage, theft, loss, injury or accident that occurs during your stay at EuroParcs Ossiacher See.

Check-in for accommodation is possible from 4:00 p.m.

Accommodation
If you are staying in accommodation, you should check out by 10:00 a.m.

What should you do when you leave?

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Make sure the dishes in the accommodation are clean and put back in their proper place.
• Take your trash to the appropriate containers.
• Lock the accommodation when you leave.
