Free Erlebnis CARD
As a guest at our park, you will receive the Erlebnis CARD free of charge for the duration of your stay. The Erlebnis CARD offers guests many advantages:
- Free use of many public transport services in the Villach region,
- Adventure shop, with many free activities and discounts at various attractions such as museums, thermal baths, mountain railways and much more.
Also in winter, the Erlebnis CARD offers you a varied and free program! From 14.11. to 04.04. you can enjoy unforgettable moments – from guided winter hikes in the Dobratsch Nature Park to free use of the ski buses and the Nature Park bus, as well as free entry to Volume Bouldern, the organic citrus garden and much more.
Wintersport
The Gerlitzen Alpe ski area can be reached in just about 10 minutes comfortably with the free winter ski bus, which stops directly at the park entrance. Ski passes can be purchased online in advance or directly at the gondola station. Right next to the gondola is the ski rental, where you can also reserve your equipment in advance. For €8 per day, a storage room with a ski boot dryer is available to safely store your gear.
Enjoy skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, winter hikes, a toboggan run, and even a winter tandem flight. On-site, you’ll find a ski school, ski rental, and ski service. The little ones are also catered for: the children’s area features a conveyor lift, practice lifts, and beginner slopes on a safe, enclosed area.
Cross-country skiers will find plenty of opportunities in the Gerlitzen-Alpe region. The Panoramaloipe Gerlitzen-Alpe stretches 6 km and is of medium difficulty. Also of medium difficulty are the Kammerhütte–Steinerner Tisch (3 km) and Klösterle–Innerteuchen (3 km) trails, suitable for both classic and skating techniques.

Mountain bike routes
Get on the pedals for an adrenaline kick and brave exciting descents on the mountain bike trails right behind EuroParcs Ossiacher See. You can choose from several trails in different levels of difficulty.
Ski area Gerlitzen Alpe
On the 1,911 meter high panorama mountain in the heart of Carinthia, 21 lifts (gondola, 6-person, 4-person, 2-person, drag lifts) and 34 varied ski runs await winter sports enthusiasts. From beginners to advanced, the FIS-certified slopes promise the perfect terrain for all demands. Due to our sophisticated and sustainable snowmaking technology, they offer snow security and the best slope conditions from December to April. The diverse mountain cuisine, the 360° panoramic view and numerous cozy sun terraces make your day of skiing an unforgettable mountain experience.

In bad weather or after a day on the slopes, the thermal spas in the area offer perfect relaxation. In Warmbad, the Kärnten Therme and the thermal spring pools invite you to feel good. In Bad Kleinkirchheim, the Thermal Römerbad and the St. Kathrein thermal spa also provide relaxing hours in pleasantly warm water.
