Enjoy the view of the mountains from your vacation home near Villach

There are various parking garages in the center of Villach where you can park your car safely. There are also "Park & Ride" lots on the outskirts of the city, which is often a cheap and practical option. Here are a few suggestions:

• Nikolai parking garage: This is located directly on the Drau. From here, you can reach the historic city center in just a few minutes on foot.
• Hans-Gasser-Platz parking garage: Perfect if you want to be right next to the stores and the famous main square.
• Parking at the Stadthalle: Often a good alternative if the parking garages in the city center are full; from here it is a short, beautiful walk to the center.

Please note: There is often a "blue zone" in the city center, where you are allowed to park for a maximum of 3 hours with a parking disc. The parking garages are therefore usually the better choice for a whole day.

It's very easy! The train station (S-Bahn) is within walking distance of the park. The train takes you directly to Villach's main train station (Villach Hauptbahnhof) in around 15 to 20 minutes. There are also buses that run along Lake Ossiach and take you directly to the city center. Ideal if you want to spend an afternoon shopping or sitting comfortably on a terrace without having to look for a parking space.

Our park is a real hit for winter sports enthusiasts! You live here very close to the Gerlitzen Alpe, one of the most popular ski areas in Carinthia. By car or ski bus, you can reach the Kanzelbahn gondola lift in around 10 minutes, which takes you directly to the summit.

Over 60 kilometers of slopes await you there, suitable for beginners and advanced skiers. The surrounding area is also perfect for winter hiking, cross-country skiing or whizzing down the toboggan run with the kids.
